Equipment-Specific Notes That Save Real Money
Treadmills and ellipticals. The belt-deck friction point is the classic failure: an un-lubricated belt drags, the motor runs hot, and the controller burns out. Smith machines and selectorized units. The guide rails and linear bearings are the parts that matter.
